1) The Cut List

This is a summary of all the materials you’ll need for your project.  It includes the number of panels (every length needed), trim and their respective quantities right down to the number of fasteners. Precise could be a good adjective for this report—it even calculates the percentage of waste on each particular panel that you will have to cut based upon angles at valleys etc.!

2) Panel Layout

Nothing is worse than looking at a bundle of panels and wondering which goes where.  Not with Absolute Steel! Each bundle is clearly marked showing what’s in it and with the Panel Layout you’ll know exactly where each panel goes.   Don’t guess—KNOW. Especially when you’re on the job and time is money. Besides, using Absolute Steel and the Panel Layout will save you from dragging panels around and scratching them up…we hate touchup paint as much as you do!

Our Roofing Analysis even contains the exact cuts required for each panel as well! When we say exact cuts, we mean the angles, lengths—everything! One day, perhaps in the not too distant future, when metal roofing manufacturers implement our software (catch up to us) into their roll formers, your metal roofing will roll out of the machines and be cut with the exact angles in each and every length you need for the job!
