no extra charge. The Roofing Analysis is a comprehensive
and detailed report that is accomplished using proprietary
software that was years in the making. Homeowners building
or re-roofing their residences, architects, builders,
general contractors and yes, even roofing contractors,
use our reports.
An Absolute Steel Roofing Analysis is
the industry standard. It will furnish you answers to
questions you didn’t even know to ask! Plainly
said, you’re in the driver’s seat.
1) Quotation Details:
This is a summary of all the different
materials to be used in your project. It includes each
category of material such as Ridge Cap, Eave Trim, Panels
etc. and their respective quantities, right down to
the numbers of fasteners.

Labor Pay Summary
Imagine Knowing What the Labor Costs Are for
the Contractor!
This is a report that shows the estimated labor
in the job you have submitted to us. This labor estimate is based on the square footage you provided us.

3) Cutting
List

This details all the various materials and what their
respective lengths should be. Because our software is
CAD based (a highly specialized engineering/architectural
software) it is capable of providing you the exact lengths
you’ll need in the various types of materials
for the different measurements of your roof.
For example, let’s say the configuration
of your roof requires a total of 127 feet of ridge cap
and because of the various cuts/lengths you might normally
have ordered 15- 10’ 6” lengths just to
be on the safe side. But, what you didn’t take
the time to figure out is that you really only needed
13-10’ 6” pieces because “leftovers”
could have been used in other places, say shorter pieces
on the ridge of your dormers. In other words, our Cutting
List provides you with a lineal breakdown of exactly
the number and lengths of each type of trim that you’ll
need to complete the job and it takes into consideration
leftover pieces from other areas.
And it does this with every one of the
materials used in the job: panels, eave trim, gable
or rake trim—everything. Calculating this on every
single component of your roof saves you a bundle!
